Veteran chopper pilot and former Marine Gary Heavin has been flying help over the flooded regions of the Texas Hill Country, and he joins me to describe the situation. The devastation is very real and he has seen it up close. A member of OperationHelo.org, he also participated in search & rescue operations in North Carolina and Haiti.
